Usually the Atchar is made with unripe green mangoes and chillies.
The whole mango is used for making Atchar.
This traditional mango Atchar is easily made at home.
Adjust the amount of chillies to your liking and serve with a meal.
Tangy flavor of raw mangoes loaded with some awesome spices pickled in mustard oil, Mango, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coarse Saunf Powder, Turmeric, Mustard powder, Hing, Methi Powder, Mustard Oil.
Storage : couple of months at room temperature if you take good care. It keeps good in the refrigerator for 6 to 7 months.
